Welcome to Health 101

Your Health & The 5 Factors

We are much more in control of our health than we were lead to believe. Inside every cell in your body your DNA is waiting on signals for what to do next. Our DNA is constantly perceiving its enviroment, reading the signals, and responding accordingly. It is our own cellular enviroment that flips the switches of our DNA to express our genes in either healthy or unhealthy ways. In an endlessly complex way, every fiber of your being is looking for a signal - and you are the one sending the signals with THE WAY YOU EAT, TRAIN, THINK, SLEEP AND CONNECT.

This is GOOD NEWS - and central to what we believe about health. We have agency - we are not victims. Even in extreme circumstances, we still have the opportunity to take control of the things we can control, and move towards health.

The Challenge

We believe if you accept this challenge and stay committed over the course of 75 days you will see incredible results.  

Real Talk: IT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE EASY. These tasks require tremendous discipline to get done day after day - thats the point. We are building momentum around our mental toughness, our habit building and our health. THERE IS NO ROOM FOR THAT VOICE IN YOUR HEAD THAT SAYS “I CANT.”

75 Days - Complete Each Task Daily:

1) Follow a nutrition plan

2) Drink a gallon of water

3) No alcohol / No treats

4) 45 minutes of exercise

5) 45 minutes of quality time

6) Read 10 pages of non fiction

7) Log your results in SugarWOD

The Results

This is a health challenge and I know lots of people want to see weight loss as their main result. And if you truly commit to this your body will change. But I think the most impactful result of successfully completing your 75 days is that your mindset will change completely. You will also notice non-scale physical changes that are all markers of improving health. Things like clearer skin, less bloating, less inflammation, more regular bowel movements, better sleep, more mental clarity, more energy, better mood, and STRONGER WORKOUTS.
