Our kids program is designed for kids ages 7-14 to learn, work hard, and have fun! We want to teach our kids the foundations of functional movement to set them up for a healthy life. We provide a safe, light hearted environment for kids to learn that getting fit can be fun & good for you at the same time.
Kids classes are 45 minutes long. Each class starts with a group lead warm up where we stretch and get our blood pumping. From there there is usually some kind of physical game - like bear crawl relay races, or medicine ball musical chairs. The rest of class will be spent learning some foundational functional movements like squats, deadlifts, and pull ups. And finally we put it all together into an age appropriate - CrossFit style workout. All ability and experience levels are welcome to join in the fun.
