Our foundations course is 3 one on one sessions with one of our expert coaches. In these sessions you will learn all the techniques you need to crush your first CrossFit Class.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you complete the 3 sessions you will graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
