Hey Thundee Fam!

November is already here, and for most people this is when calendars get full and schedules get crazy. We just want to encourage you to make time for your health and fitness during the holiday season. Friendly reminder - just because you are invited to something doesn't mean you have to go :) The holidays should leave us filled up, not exhausted.

November Programming

In the gym this month we started off by retesting some one rep maxes. Following that we will continue with wave strength cycles - this time with Back Squats, Push Jerks, and Deadlifts. We will get to see a couple of benchmark and retest workouts including "Chad."

Upcoming Dates / Events

Lots of things going on in the next couple of weeks. The big one we want to get on your calendar is our Christmas party which will be Saturday 12/9 this year. This is one of our favorite days of the year, spouses/significant others are welcome - adults only for this one. We will have a bunch more info on this soon but want to make sure its on your calendar.

THANKSGIVING GYM SCHEDULE:

Wednesday 11/22 - Normal Class Schedule

Thursday 11/23 - No Classes

Friday 11/24 - 9am Class Only

Saturday 11/25 - 9am Class Only
