3x1 - Things We Love 7/20/20

Hey Gang - this is going to be a weekly feature to keep up with all things Thunderhead. Three things each week that we are excited about, shout outs, PR’s, events, things to look forward to, ect.

First a little housekeeping:

I just want to make sure we are all taking care of each other as virus concerns continue through the summer. If you are feeling sick - stay at home. Please wash your hands when you get to the gym. And keep up the good work wiping everything down after use. Let’s keep having each others back here, so that we can keep our little community thriving.

Without further ado - here are this week’s 3 things.

1) IT’S HOT - DRINK WATER!!

Alright y’all - this California bro thinks its officially crazy hot here. Make sure you are making an extra extra effort to get your hydration in. I’ll be making sure to give everyone fan/water breaks often throughout the hour. Hydration is an all day, every day effort, and with it being so hot if you get behind it can be really hard to catch up. So drink water early and often, and maybe supplement with some electrolytes.

2) Say Hi to AJ

AJ joined our crew last week. He comes from a powerlifting background so he is crazy strong (225 strict press for 3 reps broke my brain). We are really happy to have him around - he is a ton of fun in class. So introduce yourself, give some fist bumps, and welcome AJ to the Thunderhead family.

3) #Thunderhead 3

We are getting close to the end of the July challenge. On August first we will do the drawings and give away some fun prizes - so make sure you get a couple more entries before the month is done! This week’s challenge is getting announced right here in the newsletter:
